Kink Alfred

In the mood for some straight up rockin' blues?

Then look no further than Kink Alfred.

Kink Alfred are Stephan Barr (guitar), David Nauman (bass), Stan Lee (Drums), and joeyess (pajamas).

Not too sure about that joeyess character, I think he's been around here before. :0)

Not to be confused with King Alfred and the cake burning event (circa 871 to 899).

So if you are looking for a good evening with some rockin' blues then keep a lookout for Kink Alfred, who knows they could show up in your town.

Meantime, in between times ....................

Let's start off with probably the classic blues song, written originally as Cross Road Blues by Robert Johnson.

And then on to a Jimi Hendrix classic.

Manic Depression Kink Alfred at The recordBar August of 2012.
David Nauman - Bass/Vocals
Joe Sampson - Vocals/Guitar
Stephan Barr - Lead Guitar/Vocals/Synth,
Terry Stanley - Drums

From that same gig, looks like a great night, we get this Santana gem.

Black Magic Woman

Finally today we end on another blues mainstay, written by Booker T. Jones (music) and William Bell (lyrics) and originally recorded by Albert King as the title track for the album Born Under a Bad Sign released in 1967.

Born Under A Bad Sign

You burnt the bloody cakes, you kink.
