Eric and .... [Part two]

Here is one of my favorite of his songs, I even have the classic opening notes as my ring tone which sometime gets me strange looks. Here is Eric with Elton John and Mark Knopfler and a host of other great musicians.

Cocaine

This is maybe from a live tour of Japan? Or it could be a from a Japanese VHS filmed in Basinstoke. Sadly no other info available.

This time he is with an artist he has appeared with many many times. I'm sure they are old friends by now. The great Buddy Guy.
Hoochie Coochie Man

The concert was organized by Paul McCartney and was motivated by charity, took place on October 20 at Madison Square Garden in New York City, in response to September 11, 2001. Most attendees were families and other members of the Fire Department and Police Department of New York in honor of those lost in terrorist attacks and those who had worked in the course of rescue and recovery efforts in the weeks since.
Buddy Guy and Eric Clapton perform the song "Hoochie Coochie Man", a song from 1954, is originally from Muddy Waters, regarded as the "Father of Chicago blues."

Finally two greats on the one stage. The ultimate guitar summit. Eric and Carlos.
Clapton and Santana. Anyway you say it you know it will give you chills.
Jingo

From the Crossroads Guitar Festival (2006?)

And finally today a word from our sponsors, not really. For once the other night I stopped my DVR to actually watch a commercial. It was the master.
