When doing a news piece for your local channel, there are a couple of basic rules.
1) Keep a close eye on the action.
2) Do not stand in front of the action.
3) If you ignore 2 you had better be quick on your feet
Since everybody loves "Only in America" tags, should this get an "Only in Canada".
